Cancel anytime, no questions asked
Intake.Dental subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time for any reason.
Access after cancellation
You retain full account access through the end of your current billing period. There is no mid-cycle cutoff and no proration — you have until the end of the paid period to export data, notify patients, and finish anything in-flight.
Data retention
Your data remains available for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, all data is securely deleted in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
Refund policy
Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 30 days of subscription start. Beyond this window, no refunds are issued, though account access continues through the paid period. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Account reactivation
You can restore your account within 30 days of cancellation with all your existing data intact. After 30 days, reactivation requires starting fresh — data will have been securely deleted in accordance with HIPAA retention rules.
